How Custom Orders Work

1. Submit the form with as much detail as possible, including your vision, color preferences, sizing, timeline, and inspiration references (if applicable).

2. Review: Once received, I’ll review your request and respond within 5-7 business days to discuss feasibility, pricing, and timeline.

3. Quote and deposit: If approved, you’ll receive a custom quote and projected delivery date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining value due before shipment.

4. Creation Begins: I’ll start designing your one-of-a-kind piece! Turn-around time is 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and materials required.

5. Final approval and delivery:  Before shipping, you’ll receive final photos for approval. Once the remaining balance is paid, your order will ship with tracking.

 

Things to keep in mind:

• Custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable

• I do not replicate other artists' work, but I am happy to draw inspiration to create something uniquely yours.

• All communication regarding custom projects will take place via email to ensure clarity and easy records.

• Rushed orders may be accommodated for an additional fee (please note this in your form if applicable)
